2 gallons a + 1 gallon b hardener. De deep casting is a 100% solid two compound epoxy casting system. It is used for mass castings with thicknesses up to 4 inches. De deep casting is designed for river tables, mass casting, potting and embedding applications.

Low viscosity allow for bubble free, crystal clear casting ideal for art and hobby applications. It is formulated for long gel time, with low exothermic heat buildup.

Approved by canadian food inspection agency (cfia). Will not distort with age. Crystal clear and high gloss.

Resistants to bacteria and moisture. New spec information as of january 7th 2021. Mix ratio by volume: a:b 2:1. Working time: over 90 minutes.

1 inch 36 38 hour cure. 2 inch 28 32 hour cure. 3 inch 28 32 hour cure. 4 inch 28 32 hour cure.

Cure temperature: 20-23 degrees celsius (colder temperatures may affect cure time). Pour thickness: up to 4 inches. No odor / no fumes.
