After the two parts are poured at the correct ratio (3:1), mix them together thoroughly for a full 5-10 minutes with a. Mixing stick, mix longer for larger quantities. Tip: to minimize bubbles, place containers of part a and part b in hot water for 10-15 mins to allow product to warm. Be sure to scrape the sides, corners, and bottom of the container several times during mixing. All the hardener is thoroughly mixed with the epoxy and should prevent the resin from having an improper cure. Once completely mixed, working time will be 60-75 mins. Begin pouring or applying the epoxy slowly to avoid air. Tip: pass a heat gun or torch over top of the pour to remove.
